Currently serving multiple Boards of major-league organizations, Mr Russo consistently proves his strategic leadership acumen, his strong communication skills, and his passion for the prosperity of Eswatini and its people.
A Diplomat, Business Leader, Certified Life Coach and Serial Entrepreneur with specialties in: Marketing, Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Scaling businesses, Analytics and navigating Emerging Markets. As an exclusive member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO), a member of the Australian Institute of Management, the Financial Services Institute of Australia, the SA Paint Manufacturers Association, Diplomatic Corps of Eswatini, Coaches and Mentors of South Africa and International Coaching Federation, Mr Russo has created a career filled with rapid progression and professional success.

Mrs Lomkhosi Magagula, BA Law [UNISWA], PGDip Business Administration [GIBS], Cert. HRM [UNISA] is a business woman, HR Practitioner. She currently leads the Eswatini Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration Commission as the Executive Director. She has over 20 years’ experience in the human resources discipline within the financial, manufacturing, agricultural and service sectors. She has run her own group of family businesses since 2006. Over the years she has gained experience in facilitating and managing strategy formulation, execution and monitoring & evaluation, business reorganisation/transformation focusing on operational efficiencies, productivity, sustainability and profitability. Areas of specialisation: Broadly put, Strategy Execution, monitoring & evaluation, Optimization of Human Capital Strategy for sustainable human performance, Performance Management, Operational Efficiency, Organisational Development, Change Management, Talent Management and Human Resources Development.

Mr Vincent Molloy is the HOD of Projects and Engineering at Montigny. He has more than 25 years experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering. He specialises in Project Management, Manufacturing and Construction of various turn key plants in the industrial sector. Currently he is serving on the UFS International Governing Counsel in a Technical advisory capacity focusing on the Schools future expansion plans and other technical issues.
