Mr. Roberto Russo is a high-performance Directorship professional, offering considerable experience and expertise in driving and supporting successful operations within the Finance and Construction sectors. Currently serving on multiple Boards of major-league organizations, Mr. Russo consistently proves his strategic leadership acumen, his strong communication skills, and his passion for the prosperity of Eswatini and its people. A Diplomat, Business Leader, Certified Life Coach, and Serial Entrepreneur with specialties in: Marketing, Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Scaling businesses, Analytics, and navigating Emerging Markets. As an exclusive member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO), a member of the Australian Institute of Management, the Financial Services Institute of Australia, the SA Paint Manufacturers Association, Diplomatic Corps of Eswatini, Coaches and Mentors of South Africa, and the International Coaching Federation, Mr. Russo has created a career filled with rapid progression and professional success.

Lomkhosi Magagula

Mrs. Lomkhosi Magagula, BA Law [UNISWA], PGDip Business Administration [GIBS], Cert. HRM [UNISA] is a businesswoman and HR Practitioner. She currently leads the Eswatini Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration Commission as the Executive Director. She has over 20 years’ experience in the human resources discipline within the financial, manufacturing, agricultural, and service sectors. She has run her own group of family businesses since 2006. Over the years she has gained experience in facilitating and managing strategy formulation, execution, and monitoring & evaluation, business reorganization/transformation focusing on operational efficiencies, productivity, sustainability, and profitability. Areas of specialization include Strategy Execution, Monitoring & Evaluation, Optimization of Human Capital Strategy for sustainable human performance, Performance Management, Operational Efficiency, Organizational Development, Change Management, Talent Management, and Human Resources Development.

Sidumo Dlamini

General Member

Sidumo Dlamini holds the following qualifications: M.Sc. in Project Management, University of Pretoria; B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, University of Cape Town; B.Sc. in Maths and Physics, University of Eswatini; Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, University of Pretoria; Certificate in Property Development and Investment, University of Cape Town; Diploma in Project Management; Diploma in Business Management and Administration, Damelin. He has membership in several Professional Bodies & Associations: Professional Engineer, Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA); Registration Council for Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Allied Professionals (AESAP); Professional Project Manager, AESAP; Member, South African Institute of Civil Engineers (SAICE); Swaziland Association of Architects, Engineers and Surveyors. Mr. Dlamini has served on various boards of organizations such as Jesus Calls Worship Centre International (JC), Construction Industry Council (CIC), Registration Council for Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Allied Professionals (AESAP), and Eswatini Housing Board (EHB). He has also demonstrated impressive prowess as a Businessman. He was the Managing Director at Bicon Consulting Engineers between 2011 and 2017, having been a Director at the company since 2004. During that period, Mr. Dlamini’s business drive helped propel a golden era where local Consulting Firms became sustainable businesses under local leadership. Since leaving Bicon, he has gone on to found and mastermind the growth of LASICON Consulting Engineers and BillionBrother Project Management Consultancy among many other businesses. His leadership and management skills were instrumental in establishing key organizations in the local Construction Industry, such as the Construction Industry Council (CIC) and the Registration Council for Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Allied Professionals (AESAP).

Mrs. Amanda Nagy

U.S. Embassy Representative

Mrs. Amanda Nagy serves as the U.S. Embassy representative to the Governing Council. A diplomat with the U.S. Department of State, she currently serves as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Eswatini, where she has been based since July 2025. Amanda and her family have served many years abroad, with tours in Senegal, Uganda, South Africa, and Bolivia, as well as multiple assignments throughout the United States. Originally from Texas, Amanda holds degrees in accounting and business management with a minor in finance from Texas Tech University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, crafts, and spending time with her family and friends. She is joined in Eswatini by her husband and their two children.

Mrs. Gugu Makhanya

Finance Committee Member

Gugu Makhanya is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at FSRA (Financial Services Regulatory Authority). Mrs. Makhanya brings a wealth of experience in the financial field, specializing in internal and external audit, financial management, strategic business planning, and implementation. Her experience with investments, governance, risk management, compliance, and information management will add value to the school's projects and stakeholder engagements. Her Professional Qualifications include FCCA & ACCA – (Fellow) Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (UK), CA (SD) – Eswatini Institute of Accountants (Former member of Council). Her Professional Memberships include ESIA – A member of Eswatini Institute of Accountants, ACCA – A member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, IAIS – A member of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors Accounting and Audit Working Group, which advises the International Standards Board on IFRS issues, and IoDSA – a member of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa. Currently training with the Directors Association on the Professional Director Non-Executive Director Programme.
