    Position: High School Principal
    Position Commencing: January 2027
    Location: UFS International, Mhlambanyatsi, Eswatini

    UFS International is seeking an experienced and inspirational High School Principal to provide strong educational leadership and lead the continued development and performance of our High School.

    The Role Will Include:

    • Providing visible, learner-centred leadership with a strong focus on academic excellence and learner outcomes.
    • Leading teaching, learning, curriculum delivery and Cambridge examination performance.
    • Promoting high standards of discipline, learner wellbeing, behaviour and personal development.
    • Leading and developing staff while ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the High School.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Relevant degree and professional teaching qualification.
    • Significant experience in educational leadership and school management.
    • Strong understanding of teaching, learning, assessment and academic improvement.
    • Experience leading teams and managing change.
    • Strong understanding of the Cambridge curriculum and international/independent education (desirable).
    • Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills, with high levels of integrity and professionalism.

    UFS International is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide executive leadership and whole-school operational oversight, ensuring the organisation is well governed, financially sustainable, compliant and strategically focused.

    The Role Will Include:

    • Providing executive leadership and whole-school oversight, ensuring the Primary School, High School and functional portfolios operate as one coordinated organisation.
    • Translating Governing Council strategy and decisions into effective operational plans, measurable outcomes and organisational performance.
    • Providing oversight of finance, HR, administration, transport, facilities, sport and culture, external partnerships, risk, compliance and resources.
    • Leading strategic development, stakeholder relationships, organisational improvement and long-term financial and operational sustainability.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Relevant university degree and/or professional qualification.
    • Significant senior management or executive leadership experience.
    • Demonstrable experience managing complex organisations or operations.
    • Strong strategic planning, financial and operational management experience.
    • Experience working with governance structures, including reporting to a governing body.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to lead change and translate strategy into measurable results.

    Position: High School Chemistry Teacher
    Location: UFS International, Mhlambanyatsi, Eswatini

    UFS International is seeking a passionate, qualified, and dynamic Chemistry Teacher to join our Secondary School faculty and inspire our learners. The successful candidate will teach Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE and A-Level Chemistry, delivering engaging lessons that develop scientific curiosity, critical thinking, practical skills, and a love of learning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Chemistry lessons across Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE and A-Level.
    • Develop students' scientific inquiry, critical thinking and practical laboratory skills.
    • Plan and conduct effective practical experiments and laboratory activities.
    • Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic achievement.
    • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment where learners are encouraged to participate and achieve their potential.
    • Contribute to extracurricular, community and wider school programmes.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Police Clearance Certificate.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Science Education.
    • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
    • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
    • Strong understanding of the Cambridge International curriculum.
    • Experience teaching IGCSE and/or A-Level Chemistry is highly advantageous.

    UFS International is seeking a passionate, energetic, and creative Primary School Art Teacher to join our vibrant faculty and inspire our young learners. We believe that creativity is a fundamental part of a child's development. Our primary school program focuses on fostering imagination, critical thinking, and cultural awareness through the arts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate art curricula for primary school students.
    • Introduce students to a variety of mediums, including drawing, painting, sculpting, and digital media.
    • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment where every child feels confident expressing themselves.
    • Organize and showcase student work through school art exhibitions, galleries, and community displays.
    • Manage art supplies, inventory, and classroom budget efficiently.

    Skills and Requirements:
